Our story might be one of the coolest in the restaurant industry ever! Everything starter one morning after a fun long night, two friends were eating Pho at their favorite place, they were recovering with that delicious soup but something was missing. They looked at each other and said: "Man, the only thing we are missing here are our Mexican Tacos and a cold Beer!" After that being said they smile and said: "LET'S DO IT!" So from then they started creating the concept, logo, name, thinking on what to add to the menu, to create something that didn't exist, not your typical Mexican and not your typical Vietnamese, adding alcoholic drinks, beers and more. And in November 2016 the first of hopefully many MEXIPHO was born in Glastonbury, CT, with a unique twist, fusion and concept that simply makes you create your own meal by fusing ingredients from both cuisines.
